Mark Hamill confronts a couple of his most iconic roles in this Justice League Action Short, as the voice actor is kidnapped by The Joker and The Trickster. Hamill is famous for his portrayal of The Joker, which began in Batman: The Animated Series and carried through to the Arkham games, and as this animated short proves, he's still the best voice of the Clown Prince of Crime.
Less well known, but equally perfect casting, is Hamill's portrayal of The Trickster, which originated on the original live-action Flash TV show and continues on the current iteration of The Flash, as well as Justice League Action. It was actually that role which stoked Warner Bros. interest in Hamill for the Joker role; before they saw his amazing first turn as a supervillain, they were in talks with Tim Curry, who had established himself as a performer with a penchant for evil clowns.
Roles collide in this animated feature from Cartoon Network, "Missing the Mark," in which both supervillains kidnap Hamill, who provides every voice in the short. It's 2 and a half minutes of pure Hamill, including a Corvette Summer reference and a tease of the iconic Star Wars theme. Enjoy this fun animated short, and don't forget to grab your advance tickets for Star Wars: The Last Jedi, premiering December 15!
